Our panettone are hand-crafted in San Diego using only high-quality, all-natural Italian ingredients by the bakery’s owners, Giancarlo & Luigi. To achieve the dessert’s signature airy, soft texture, we carry out a dough process that involves multiple doughs, and the use of a natural mother yeast over 48 hours.​
